These attractions, or better to say historic monuments, were built thousands of years ago and serve as a testament to the remarkable achievements of ancient Egyptian civilization. The Nile River flows through Luxor, and many of the city’s attractions are located along its banks. A Nile River cruise is a popular way to explore the sights of Luxor.
