In Milano, you experience all of this. Milano, Italy is good as a working or a trip destination. It gives you a good idea of a living Italian city
The city contains a lot cultural and fashion history
The cities contains many different areas for you to explore
Unfortunately, the city is triving and busy. Therefore, the inhabitants are normally quite stressed and less open to tourist in for instance Napels or Rome.
Be prepared, it is for Italian terms quite expensive
